About SkillBridge NG

We are building the bit between training and your first real job.

Nigerian youth finish more training programmes than ever, and still get told to “just network” their way to a role. SkillBridge NG replaces that advice with a structured, supervised, paid four-to-twelve-week placement and a coach in the room — twice — to help turn the experience into a pattern they can repeat.

The founders

Two directors, one company, one bet.

SkillBridge NG is run by Kenzo Tech Solutions Ltd, a UK-registered company with operations in Nigeria. We are a two-person founding team with complementary lanes — and a clear plan to hire a Lagos-based Country Manager once the AU grant is awarded.

How we work

Four rules we will not bend.

  • Paid, not promised

Every placement on SkillBridge NG carries a real stipend, set by the employer and paid through us. No unpaid work, no "exposure".

  • Transparent, not magical

Both sides of every match see the same score breakdown — skill overlap, completion likelihood, goal fit. No black box. AI-assisted, never AI-decided.

  • Confidential coaching, not motivational speeches

Two cohort sessions per placement. Six to ten peers from different host employers. What is shared in the room stays in the room — coaches included.

  • Compliant by design

Built on the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 from the first migration. Every personal-data table is behind row-level security; cross-user reads are audit-logged.
